Refunds are processed within 48-72 hours to ensure a smooth experience. Please review the following guidelines for detailed instructions on returns and refunds:
How to Request a Refund:

2. Provide Proof: Include photos/videos of the damaged product and screenshots of the damaged item.
3. Return Tracking Number: If a return is required, send the tracking number to verify the item has been returned.
Refund Eligibility:
KicksKings will issue refunds under the following conditions:
1. Damaged Products:
- Full refund or replacement for products that arrive damaged.
2. Incorrect or Missing Products:
- Refund or replacement for:
- Wrong color, size, or item.
- Missing components.
- For sizing disputes, provide photos of measurements taken correctly.
3. Out-of-Stock Products:
- Full refund or replacement if an item is unavailable.
4. Products Unable to Ship:
- Refund issued if shipping options are unavailable due to transportation limitations.
5. Delayed Orders:
Refunds for orders delayed beyond:
- 20 days (normal circumstances).
- 30 days (peak seasons like Black Friday, Christmas).
- For UK and European countries, refunds apply if shipping time exceeds 30 days.
Exceptions:
- Delays caused by incomplete addresses or unclaimed packages will not be refunded.
6. Order Cancellations:
- Full refund for orders canceled within 1 day of placement, before shipment.
7. Missing Packages:
- Full refund if the package is lost during delivery.
Refund Exclusions:
KicksKings will not issue refunds for the following:
1. Delivered Orders:
- No refund or resend for orders marked as "Delivered" in tracking.
2. Unclaimed Packages:
- Unclaimed packages destroyed by the carrier will not be refunded.
3. Tracking Alerts:
- Refunds are not issued for orders delayed due to:
- Incorrect/insufficient addresses.
- Customs clearance issues.
- Refused packages or unknown recipients.
Additional Guidelines:
1. Dispute Expiry:
- Disputes must be raised within 30 days of placing the order.
- Disputes will auto-close if no response is received within 3 days.
2. Dispute Denial:
Disputes will be denied for:
- Closed orders.
- Expired tracking information (tracking info is valid for 180 days).
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
3. Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in unused, good condition.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Provide the return tracking number to customer service.
