The brand dropped several “Leopard” colourways in the past, like the “Animal Pack 3.0” in collaboration with atmos and a women’s exclusive “Leopard Pack”, among many others. Both collections launched in 2019 and became highly sought-after pairs for collectors and Air Max fans. This Nike Air Max 1 87 “Leopard” joins Nike’s heavy-hitting AM1 releases in ‘23, clad in neutral-toned colours to showcase the leopard mudguard.
This women’s Air Max 1 colourway features a mixed-material construction similar to the “Denim Leopard” rendition but with more colour consistency. The shoe has a cream-white mesh underlay with light brown canvas reinforcements on the midfoot and heel panels. Meanwhile, glossy satin-like fabrics form the collar for a plush, secure fit.
